POSITION: COMPLETION & WORKOVER SPECIALIST

The Completion & Workover Specialist provides high-level engineering and field execution oversight
for workover rig programs, complex well completions, sand control, and artificial lift systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee upper and lower completion installations, artificial lift deployments (ESP/Gas Lift),
  and workover rig operations.
• Analyze production decline causes and execute workover, stimulation, and well-fishing
  programs.
• Perform Nodal analysis to optimize production parameters and ensure well barrier integrity.
• Manage wellsite contractor teams, workover budgets, and technical compliance reporting.

Key Requirements

• Education & Experience: B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering with 10+ years of experience in
  workover operations, well completion design, and stimulation.
• Languages: Fluent French (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is required.
• Certifications: IWCF Level 4 Well Control (Surface Stack / Intervention), PE License or
  Chartered Engineer status preferred.
• Vetting: Must successfully pass background checks
