Central Processing Facility (CPF) Foreman
The CPF Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily production, processing operations, and personnel
within the Central Processing Facility. You will ensure safe, continuous, and efficient crude oil
separation, water treatment, and facility integrity while adhering to strict HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of crude oil separation trains, gas treatment units, and produced
water facilities. - Serve as the primary Permit to Work (PTW) Issuer and coordinate SIMOPS across the facility.
- Monitor DCS and SCADA interfaces to optimize flow rates and prevent unplanned downtime.
- Lead emergency response protocols and emergency shutdown (ESD) procedures within the
CPF.
Key Requirements
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma or Technical Certification in
Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with 8+ years of onshore oil & gas production experience
(minimum 3 years in a supervisory CPF role). - Languages: Fluent French (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an
added advantage. - Certifications: Valid IWCF Level 3/4 (Surface Stack), OSHA/NEBOSH IGC, and standard onshore
survival/H2S certifications. - Vetting: Must successfully pass background checks
