Downhole Services (DS) Foreman

The DS Foreman leads onsite downhole intervention, well completion, and rigless service teams. You
will manage wellhead pressure control, slickline/e-line operations, and ensure well integrity protocols
are strictly enforced during all field interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise rigless downhole operations, including slickline, wireline, coiled tubing, and well
  logging.
• Direct wellhead pressure control equipment (PCE) installation, pressure testing, and barrier
  management.
• Oversee packer setting, downhole tool deployment, and fluid displacement programs.
• Coordinate crew safety, daily wellsite reporting, and service vendor execution.

Key Requirements

• Education & Experience: B.Sc. or Technical Diploma in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering
  with 8+ years in well completion/intervention (min. 3 years in a supervisory role).
• Languages: Fluent French (written and spoken) is mandatory; English is beneficial.
• Certifications: IWCF Level 4 Well Control (Well Intervention) or IADC WellSharp, plus standard
  onshore HSE credentials.
• Vetting: Must successfully pass background checks
